6.0Sijainti ja helppo tavoitettavuus. Olennyleensä ns. viimehetken varaaja ja ”matti myöhänen”, mutta täällä saapuminen sujui hyvin.
− Siisteydessä olisi ollut toivomisen varaa ja yöllä kuului melko paljon talon vakioasukkaiden trafiikkia. En saanut oikein nukuttua ja poistuin aamuna väsyneenä. Mutta näin vaatimattomana satunnaisena yöpyjänä tämä täytti mun minimivaatimukset ja kelpasi sellaisenaan

5.0− Kph:n ovea ei saanut edes kiinni,huoneen lattia oli sotkuinen ja huoneen ovea ei voinut lukita eli jos on useamman päivän niin pitää ottaa aamuisin kamat mukaan
