10.0Ich habe die Vermieter bei meiner Ankunft angerufen und habe schnell und unkompliziert den Schlüssel bekommen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war vor und während des Aufenthalts immer proaktiv und unkompliziert. Ich habe die Vermieter bei Fragen immer schnell erreicht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, geräumig und in einer ruhigen Gegend, nah zum Stadtzentrum. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist deshalb überragend.

− WLAN eigentlich nicht vorhanden Dusche nicht nutzbar, weil Thermostatarmatur defekt, nur kaltes Wasser und Umstellung ebenfalls kaputt. Sind nach einer Nacht nach Hause gefahren
