The house was very beautiful and had nice atmosphere. Nice views, cozy terrace, great location, very clean.

− The downstairs bedroom was humid and not very cozy. Arranging to collect the keys was a bit difficult. Bringing cash deposit and returning it was a lot of hustle

It is a lovely big, clean house, furnished with good taste. Katy, the host, was more than helpful and gave us lots of local tips and was timely in all communications. The location is perfect and less than five minutes on foot to the entrance of Rotterdam Central Station. The area has a nice tranquility about it, even though it is central, and amenities close by are fantastic with a supermarket, a nice restaurant and a beautiful small pub, all within a 60 second walk from the front door. This said, it was very quiet in the house and people in Rotterdam, in general, are very laid back so there is no danger of not getting a good night's sleep no matter what time you go to bed or wake up. Like many traditional Dutch houses, the stairs are steep. Absolutely not an issue if you are able for stairs, but one to note if you have mobility restrictions.

We visited Rotterdam to do some cycling in Holland and found it to be a welcoming and safe city

This property is in a fantastic location right next to the central railway station and has been decorated to a very high level. The host was incredible. So polite, very flexible, always friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely book again!

The house was spacious and had all of the cookware and comfortable beds we required. The host was very accommodating and communicated with us very well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Katy, our host, was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Just a heads up, there's a €300 deposit that needs to be paid upfront, but we received it back promptly after checking out.
