Disgustingly dirty and not maintained house.

Location of the house. Nothing more to like.

− It’s sad to see how ignorant the landlord and order the service company are about basic maintenance and basic cleaning of the house. It’s a very nice house that is absolutely damaged by lack of maintenance and cleaning. If I compare with the benchmark standard of places I have stayed it is far far below and average expectation of renting a house for over €300 a night. The toilets are dirty and not cleaned, sinks or clogged and full of hair with roaches coming out of them, Water taps don’t work, only one of the two showers worked at all, toilet brushes are about as old as the house with mould in them, there was not a single towel there was fresh, and the entire house smelled full of dirt and mould. The mattresses are covered with plastic making it impossible to move at all as you wake up the entire house. This makes me only thing that nobody cleans the mattresses for decades thinking that plastic takes care of it, clearly under plastic the mattresses are full of bacteria mould. Curtains have likely not be cleaned in a decade. The cleaning is on surface only wiping floors and kitchen counters. That’s it. The house is equipped with two cheapest coffee makers that don’t work at all an old kettle with rust, and cheap frying pans that one better not use. There is absolutely no guidance whatsoever about how to use and manage the trash of course we had to buy our own trash bags. Nobody explains how to sort or work to dispose the trash. I don’t even mention the “pool”, better not to try it and haven’t. The “rooftop” lounge chairs and floor were full of bird shit. The only thing that was relatively clean was the fridge, surprisingly. If it wasn’t for the personal situation which forced me to take some time off, I would have changed the house immediately. I didn’t want to bother as connecting with booking is a nightmare and the landlord / service company didn’t reply to my message. Pure ignorance. We pay and then nobody cares. That’s how things work these days.

This is the best place to rent, especially if you are going with children, all the facilities you need,AC, big bathrooms, good 3 sized bedrooms , very close to the beach..on a very quiet street..we absolutely loved it and will definitely come back..highly recommended..
