Appartamento accogliente adatto a un gruppo numeroso
7.0L’appartamento è adatto a un gruppo di 6 persone ( potrebbe ospitarne fino a 9 , ma c’è solo un bagno ), anche la cucina è abbastanza spaziosa . L’appartamento è pulito , ben riscaldato e ben attrezzato. La posizione dell’appartamento è buona, in quanto si trova vicino a due metro che ti portano facilmente alle attrazioni principali della città e vicino puoi trovare il supermercato e un bar dove fare colazione .
− L’ingresso fa un cattivo odore ma non si sente da dentro casa. Il problema maggiore è stato il Wi-Fi : abbiamo segnalato più volte il malfunzionamento ma non è stato preso alcun provvedimento.

6.0Помешкання розташоване близько до центру. Ціна дуже дешева як для Лондона.
− Опалення працювало з перебоями.було холодно. Інтернет взагалі не працював. Дуже неприємний запах як заходиш в помешкання. Власник не контактував і не вирішив з цим проблему. Також на сторінці написано що поселення з 15:00 В повідомленнях він написав в 16:00 .

− Molt everywhere, broken tiles in kitchen, bathroom. Broken two level bed! I wrote to personel about not working wifi... I heard that the will work on it, for next 4 days there was no wifi.
Please don’t this type of unprofessional behaviour to the next customer
1.0Property is nice
− We booked this property for a group of 10 people, but our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the host asked us to pay a £250 security deposit in cash to his friend at a nearby shop, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were then made to wait outside for almost two hours before being allowed to check in, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of our time. The host’s attitude was quite arrogant and unhelpful, making the whole process even more unpleasant. Overall, this experience was far below expectations. Communication, professionalism, and hospitality need serious improvement. I would not recommend this property to large groups or anyone expecting a smooth, respectful experience.
