− The breakfast menu is not up to international standard. No orange or apple juice but cola and sprite. Besides I found a big cockcoch near the bathroom. It was scary.

1.0Very disappointing experience. We paid the hotel in full at check-in, but after we checked out, Booking.com charged us for the same stay again. Now both the hotel and Booking.com keep telling us to contact each other instead of solving the problem. We have already provided proof of payment, but our money has still not been refunded. Be very careful when staying here and always keep all payment receipts. This situation has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience.
− I cannot recommend this hotel until they improve the way they handle payments and take responsibility for billing issues.

10.0Прекрасное отношение персонала, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, короткое расстояние к морю, бесплатная прачечная и качественное наполнение номера порадовали меня и мою семью! Рядом находятся множество кафе и аутлет Дамейша. Мы желаем команде отеля процветания и благополучия! Надеемся вернуться еще раз!

− I think the previous guests smoked in the room. Not the hotel's fault but it's unpleasant for non smokers :(
