Nice stay @ Quaint Cottage
9.0I loved the fact that the apartment was spacious. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which is an added plus. I absolutely loved the large trees in the front yard, though there were many roots to watch out for. The pillows on the bed were really nice, though I felt they needed pillow protectors on them along with the pillowcases. The bed and the covers were comfortable, and the additional blanket was awesome. It was wonderfully soft and big. The kitchen was well stocked with items that would make cooking and eating there easy.The bathroom was nice and clean. I also loved the fact that there were ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom.
− I would have liked it better if it had felt a little more cozy. In the living room, it would be nice if there were a few more seating options. Also, it would be nice if there was a lamp in there. For me, the color of the living room curtains was too dark and gloomy and felt sparce since there was only one panel per window. It would be nice if there were either sheers or blinds along with the curtains so that when open, there would be a little more privacy. The house felt a little sterile since it only had a couple of pictures in the living room. The rooms could use some actual pictures and / or artificial plants/greenery in them to make it feel more homey. I couldn't get the kitchen light on or the porch light either, and one of the lights in the bathroom was burnt-out. Also, it would have been nice if there had been a hair dryer as I forgot to bring mine. A comfy chair and a small TV would be an added plus for the bedroom. Also, I did have to kill a rather large roach, but it was the only one I saw.
