Excelente opción en Hollywood beach
9.0Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este edificio. El departamento es muy amplio, tiene dos dormitorios grandes, uno con dos camas, dos baños completos. La cocina súper equipada con todo tipo de electrodomésticos. Hay sillas de playa, toallas y carrito para llevar las cosas a la playa. El departamento da al frente del edificio pero no es ruidoso para nada. La ambientación es preciosa y es todo muy espacioso.
− El dormitorio principal le faltan un par de detalles nada más (unas mesitas de luz y algunos enchufes al lado de la cama serían ideales) y el aire acondicionado es un poco ruidoso, pero nada grave.
Not delivering on value for money. This trip I've stayed in 6 properties, so it is easy to compare.
4.0Nothing in particular springs to mind. The location is OK.
− Parking costs are unreasonable for the area 100 USD for 7 nights, and no possibility of day-by-day payment. Then you are required to activate (not purchase!) key fob, that costs additional 30 USD (per each 2 persons). So, if staying for a small number of nights it’s quite a price increase. The ad claims apartment is newly renovated, when it’s clearly not true (see photos). Also 180 USD cleaning fee is being charged, although the cleaning company is clearly skipping its chores. Dust is on the floor, dust is on the light fixtures, shower has a bit of black mold and is covered in limescale (again, see photos). Also, the name “Luxury Beachfront Family-Friendly Condo” implies unobstructed view of the ocean, while in reality it hardly qualifies for a “sea-view”. The host communicated politely, but a bit cold. The decision on the height of the mattress is questionable, leaving a big gap under the bed headboard. The ad says washing machine is available. In my previous experience it meant there was one in the apartment. Here the washing machine is communal, the costs are 2 USD and to use it you have to recharge the card for minimum of 10 USD
We had a fun trip. The location was fine and the condo was great
7.0The condo was good. The location was ok. I wanted it more in a location with more stuff in walking distance.
− Once we got settled it was fine. A lot of extra fees and fees if you messed up in anyway. But I understand that but still there were a lot of “if this happens, you will have to pay this amount”. Etc.

− It would have been nice if all adults could have received door fobs. Having to share fobs is an inconvenience.
