− Einziger Minuspunkt: keine Geschirrspülmaschine - aber das wussten wir. Ansonsten hervorragend ausgestattet, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck etc. Sogar einen Grill gab es Wir haben nichts vermisst

10.0Beautiful, super clean apartment with great air conditioning and a perfect location.This two-storey apartment is situated on the top floor of the building with beach and sea view from the living room window. There is a terrace available as well. The building has a lift, so easy access to the apartment. The kitchen, although not large, is very well equipped. The apartment is beautifully designed, with many stylish details that create an exceptional atmosphere. Excellent Wi-Fi. Only a 1-minute walk to the beach. Perfect contact with owner- Valeria, thanks a lot for your hospitality! Many shops, pizza and Italian restaurants available around ( we enjoyed Gemma gastronomie with great coffe and best focaccia ever). Viareggio train station and car rental easily accesible ( 15 minutes walking distance). The apartment is definitely a perfect place for super nice holidays!

9.0Die Lage war sehr schön und ausgesprochen praktisch. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens für Gäste vorbereitet. Besonders angenehm: Das Haus verfügt sogar über einen Fahrstuhl.
− Ein kleiner Hinweis: Es fehlte eine kurze Information zur Müllentsorgung – eine kurze Einleitung dazu wäre hilfreich
