Perfect location for a short stay
6.0Perfect very central location. Nice spacious parking. Big appartment with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, big kitchen. Old vintage design.
− There was no internet. Sometimes hot water was not coming (we were instructed by the staff how to check gas heater to make water coming, so we had to do some manipulations once the water was not coming). 2nd floor was not perfectly clean. Very used furniture at the terrace.

10.0L’appartamento è spazioso e ben arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ottimale, vicinissimo sia dal centro che dalla spiaggiai. Gli ambienti risultano accoglienti, confortevoli e molto curati. Un’ottima soluzione per chi desidera coniugare comodità e praticità.

Very good
8.0Perfect location in the historical centre, also very close to beaches. Very friendly staff, easy pick up of keys/checkout, solved the problem quickly with hot water we had. For 10 EUR per day, close underground parking was available (closed box), where we could also put our bicycles and Thule box.
− The room in the attic was quite hot, the AC had to run non-stop to make the stay bearable. The sheets and towels were not included in the room rate, but could be made available for surcharge (quite common practice in Caorle, though I don't understand it if such room rates are charged).
Good to know
We inform guests that in the apartment are not provided sheets and towels, for hygiene reasons we provide covers and pillows disposable.
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Caorle, pedestrian area, parking lots nearby are all paid hourly rate, we have a private car box 164 feet from the structure at the cost of 15 euros per day.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 4 € per day, per pet.
