Ottima posizione, fronte mare a due passi dalla Terrazza Mascagni. Vicino casa ristoranti, bar e gelaterie. Forse una zona un po' trafficata ma il lato positivo è che si ha tutto a portata di mano.

Przestronny apartament, świetnie położony

Apartament przestronny, (na 2 piętrze) przy samej promenadzie, więc położony świetnie. 10 min od dużego sklepu Coop. Bardzo blisko restauracje, dobre lodziarnie, miejsca spacerowe wzdłuż morza. Gospodyni bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, natrafiliśmy na dwa problemy z łazienką, na które Pani Elena zareagowała szybko i je rozwiązała. Kontakt bardzo dobry. W apartamencie jest wszystko, co potrzebne. Świetnie działa klimatyzacja, temperatura była bardzo komfortowa. Dostaliśmy na początku dokładne informacje przy meldowaniu się, więc łatwo odnaleźliśmy mieszkanie. Wszystkie sprzęty są, pralka, żelazko, suszarka na balkonie, toster, mikrofalówka. W głównej sypialni dość słychać ulicę, ale mimo wszystko spało się świetnie. Łóżko bardzo wygodne.

− Problemem dla zmotoryzowanych może być brak miejsc parkingowych blisko apartamentu. Kilkaset metrów dalej jest bezpłatny parking, na którym zawsze jakieś miejsce się znalazło, ale trzeba wziąć to pod uwagę przy rozpakowywaniu i pakowaniu bagaży. W prysznicu nie można ustawić stałej temperatury, raz woda jest gorąca, raz zimna, prysznic jest malutki, ale daliśmy radę. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia, ale generalnie było posprzątane (pozostawiono trochę przedmiotów osobistych).

Central location. Easy to find. Close to many amenities. Walking distance of many attractions. Check in very easy as key was in a coded box at entry. Elena stayed in touch regularly and responded quickly to any questions. Also good advice about free parking about 5mins walk away. The windows were double glazed and were very good for noise control and the AC was good, so closing windows made sense at night. Excellent towels, hairdryer, washing machine, clean big fridge, electric kettle, nice touch to provide some bottled water and box of biscuits. Good selection of tea bags. Iron and ironing board, too. Well equipped and spacious kitchen. Good power in the shower and good supply of toilet paper. The second toilet is very useful and has a decent flush. Didn't use the TV or the lounge at all because we went out all the time but did very much enjoy sitting on the little balcony at the back, for breakfast each day and was able to hang out clean washing at the back, to dry in the sunshine. Apart from the small bedroom, everywhere was clean. AND very importantly, there was good WiFi. Air con in hall and main bedroom, very effective. For what we needed, this property did the job.

− I'm sorry to give the following feedback because the host was very kind and accommodating but the feedback is given as a tool for improvement and meant as a kindly comment. It might have been worth knowing the apartment is on the second floor in the advert or booking confirmation because we didn't know which floor or which door the keys were for. There was a strange musty smell throughout the whole apartment as soon as we entered, as if not been used for many months. No aircon in small bedroom and no mirror, there were layers of dust on the furniture and the small bed was not made. I'm happy to make my own bed but there were no bedsheets to be found. In the kitchen there were dirty dish and surface cloths which should have been binned. Should have put out fresh dish-washing and surface wiping cloths for each new set of guests. The chopping board was broken, could do with a new chopping board. Shower fluctuated from hot and cold and toilet flush in main bathroom was very weak. However, toilet in the utility area had a decent flush. This property felt lived in and tired, full of lots of personal items. Apart from the small bedroom being neglected, the rest of the apartment was clean. It didn't spoil our visit as we were out most of the time and really needed a 2 bedroomed apartment to sleep, rest, wash and be close to the centre of things; it did all those rhings for us. .
