Frustrated fatigued pissed off photos not of actual property

10.0The Staff were very accommodating and lovely. You could tell they cared about the quality of your stay. The set up of the building is hard to figure out in the dark if you've never stayed, BUT the staff are more than helpful trying to ensure they could help you with any potential questions before you felt the need to ask!

Price point is great but the room certainly did not match the quality advertised in the photos.
6.0Pet friendly, location, price, bed comfy enough.
− The room photos on booking.com are not an accurate reflection of the room. Carpets stained, broken tiled soap dish in shower, peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, no shampoos as advertised were available, no sugars, bathroom cabinets were dirty. Lounge chair was old and lacked spring support.

8.0It was good, very quiet and peaceful. The shower was good, the bed excellent. Very Clean.
− We had a stack of hand lotions and one shower gel one shampoo between two people. For 2 nites stay. No hand towels or face cloths, the wind whistled through the roof, there was big gaps in the ceiling and the doorways. It said on the menu for the property it was pet friendly, well it certainly wasnt. There was only fake grass and cement for the animals and there was no where to toilet them unless we walked them on the owners private areas. So we kept them in the car mostly and went back as late as we could and left early as we could. Other then that it was good. Thank you
