9.0The room was as exactly has how it displayed on the site. I love the fact that they was a ac for each area(bedroom and living/dining). I love the that apartment was well kept and the kitchen had a kettle/microwave/fridge/stove/utensils etc.... The pool was ok. I enjoy the pool area the sit and even swim around. Went on the slide but I had to wet up myself in order to slide lol. It was fun. I recommend and I'll go back again.
− I didn't like the fact that I got the beach access card from the hotel and when I walk over to the beach I had to stand there over 10 mins to be told I have wait for them to print armbands for the persons coming from the hotel. The wait got me upset so I left. I think these passes should have been print and put aside just like how the bands for persons coming from outside bands were already prepared.
Great Location and Clean Facilities
10.0Customer service was excellent. All of the staff members were pleasant and polite. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
− The chair for the desk was broken and the bar stools were too high. However, the two single leather chairs in the living room were very comfortable.
Damp room difficult to sleep because of the smell and the slats windows
4.0− the fact i could smell mould in the property on entering wasnt good i then saw the damp around the walls bubbling, not a good look. The windows were not covered with netting and this is something i look for when booking, as i have allergic reactions when bitten. Not a pleasant stay... Phone reception was crazy had to stand in one place to hear the call and the tv well lets just say it was watching me ... i couldnt get to watch a programme with out it pausing and the spinning buffer wheel going round and round .. Crazy... good for the price if you just want to lay your head down for the night... However i really couldnt wait to check out the next day because of the damp smell....
