It was great stay, just the hosts were not what we were expecting.

Location was great for central London and the job that we were doing. It served a purpose for our stay. The views were also lovely and the apartment was well maintained.

− The check in process was inefficient having to collect the key from a shop, overall it just appeared suspicious as we were asked to not talk to the concierge. which I found bizarre. Trying to obtain a refund from our holding deposit was also difficult and a frustrating process.

Location, location, location!!!

The location was perfect. The apartment was very well appointed and very spacious. We were wanting two rooms and two bathrooms and this unit delivered. There was a very large lounge and dining room as well as a big kitchen. We were also after a unit that provided air conditioning and this air con was appreciated. The large balcony provided plenty of room outside to benefit from the breeze (we were in London when it was hot) and the view. I have seen negative reviews about the hosts. We had a fantastic response from the host. We were able to contact them easily by message or phone call and they responded fed quickly each time. They were very understanding when we had difficulty arranging the payment of the deposit and they helped us through that. We will chose this apartment first if we ever get the opportunity to visit London again.

位置不错，地标建筑边上。装修好看，床垫，沙发都很舒适。 厨房器具全（但没找到垃圾袋和洗洁精） 卫生不错

− 洗衣机里还遗留了上一个客户的衣物，应该全面检查一下。 拿钥匙比较麻烦，门口站了好久才确认好可以拿。 电控的窗帘不好控制。 退房后联系开发票都没人理我。
