Appartement sympa, avec ses atouts et ses points négatifs mais suffisant pour les vacances
8.0La localisation est l'atout principal de l'appartement ( très proche de la plage et de la promenade de Las Americas) La piscine est également agréable.
− Confort minimal, les équipements sont très usagés. Le wifi est trop faible. Le secteur est extrêmement bruyant, des travaux ( marteau piqueur et bétonniere) dans la résidence et autour dès 8h du matin. La vue mer est uniquement latérale, à travers le balcon des voisins.

− La vasca si scrostava e il boiler teneva acqua calda a malapena per 1/2 docce. Molti appartamenti , spesso i 2 ascensori erano occupati
