L'emplacement idéal. Parking individuel. Attention avec une grande voiture (espace),il faut être habile. Clim dans une chambre qui ne fonctionne pas. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillant.

Francesco, could not have been a more gracious host! The fridge was waiting for us filled with water, milk, juice, fruit along with some breakfast treats and coffee, tea! The apartment had beautiful views of the ocean and very walkable everywhere! Grazie Francesco!

− The private parking was a bit complicated for us because of the larger car we rented, but Francesco sent a video on joe to park the larger vehicle, which worked!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Widok - marzenie. Mieszkanie było wspaniale przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Owoce, wino, croissanty, przepyszna kawa - gospodarz zadbał o wszystko. Był bardzo pomocny podczas całego naszego pobytu. To były niezapomniane wakacje. Trani to piękne miasteczko, kameralne. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa. Wszędzie dojeżdżalismy pociągiem - Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Bareltta, Ostuni, Bari, Fasano.

La vista sul mare dal balcone di casa è bellissima, con tutti i localini sul lungomare di Trani sotto casa. La casa era fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici, i piatti e tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare. Gradite anche le cose per fare la colazione che il proprietario ha lasciato in frigo e nella dispensa. Alle bambine sono piaciuti molto la grande mappa del mondo a parete ed il letto a castello.

Perfect location, cleanness of the apartment. Francesco explained everything in advance before arrival very detailed, even with videos. Extra Plus for the garage, on the weekend it was impossible to park around the apartment . Our friends had to walk around 700 M back to the apartment. The view is really like in the pictures. You have 3 A/C in the apartment one in each bedroom. Nicely renewed bathroom.

− I think as the owner uses this apartment privately as well , they have lot of private stuff like Duve in the shelf's. The are lot of shelf's but at least 50% is occupied. You still have enough space for storage. So this isn't a real negative comment. Electricity issues, you can't use A/C and cooking field in one time , but this in all Italy like this from my experience. So overall there no issues why you shouldn't rent the apartment, go for it you won't regret it.

Very comfortable apartment overlooking the sea. Well equipped and the host (who was a pleasure to deal with) had left fruit / water / coffee and snacks for us. Check in was very easy – key in the lock box. Trani is a lovely town, with its picturesque seaport and historic cathedral. Great choice of restaurants also. All in all we had a great stay in Trani
