4.0− De foto's zijn geen representatie van de werkelijkheid. Aan het zwembad heb je zicht op een mazout tank en bijgebouw wat de omgeving minder aangenaam maakt. Het appartement is erg verouderd, zo zijn de keuken en badkamer aan renovatie toe en zit er een barst/gat in de voordeur. Het zwembad en de ligstoelen zijn erg vuil en niet goed onderhouden. De ligstoelen worden niet gereinigd daar tijdens ons hele verblijf vogelfecaliën op de stoelen bleven liggen.
