Ruhige und zentrale Lage, aber nicht "luxuriös"
6.0Wohnung in ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Gute Grösse. Von den Nachbarn mit Kind haben wir nichts gehört, die Isolierung ist also gut
− Wir haben an Heilig Abend und am Vormittag des ersten Weihnachtstages unsere Winterjacken getragen, weil die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Ich hatte mir die Kritiken zu der Wohnung gut durchgelesen und es bereits wurde von vorherigen Mietern bemängelt, dass die Wohnung zu kalt ist. Der Vermieter hat leider nichts daraus gelernt und weder vor unserem Einzug die Funktionsfähigkeit der Heizung gecheckt, noch wurde eine Elektroheizung für den Notfall bereit gestellt. Am 25. kam dann jemand um 10 Uhr, der das Problem behoben hat. Der Kontakt war oberflächlich und schriftlich; es gab keine Worte des Bedauerns, was mir sauer aufgestossen ist. Vielmehr hiess es, dass nicht vor jedem neuen Mieter gecheckt werden kann, ob die Heizung funktioniert. Wenn jemand sein Objekt als luxuriös anpreist, erwarte ich einen gewissen Service. ich finde, dass eine warme Wohnung eine Grundvoraussetzung für einen Mietvertrag ist. Es gibt in der Küche keine Spülmaschine. Auch etwas, das ich in einer luxuriösen Wohnung erwarte. Am Ende bekam ich eine Mail zugeschickt, in der ich um eine 10er-Bewertung gebeten wurde. Daran kann man sehen, wie aufmerksam der Vermieter meine vorherigen Mails gelesen hat. Also wenn Sie dort im Winter einziehen wollen, bringen Sie ihre eigene Heizung mit und am besten Pappgeschirr.

5.0Bell'appartamento, moderno e curato. Wifi ok, parcheggio in strada non difficile. Molto gradita la bottiglia di vino e le caramelle come omaggio!
− Il riscaldamento non funzionava, ho segnalato subito il problema ma nessuno è venuto a risolverlo, abbiamo avuto freddo. Un tanfo terribile sulle scale del condominio, ma non è colpa loro..

− Podobne uwagi jak innych gości. Generalnie chłodno, kaloryfery ledwo letnie. Ekspres do kawy wymagał odkamienienia we własnym zakresie, jedna rolka papieru toaletowego.
