1.0− J’ai envoyé plusieurs messages, je n’ai jamais eu aucune réponse. Une première fois j’ai envoyé un msg pour décaler nos nuits d’un jour, 0 réponse. Quelques mois plus tard j’ai appris une maladie et que je ne pouvais plus voyager. J’ai donc demandé s’il était possible d’annuler avec un petit geste de leur part même s’il y avait un peu de frais, on aurait pu trouver un accord, 0 réponse. Avec mon compagnon nous avons décidé de ne pas annuler l’hôtel car il aurait encaissé l’argent et aurait relouer la chambre sûrement. Nous avons reçu tout les messages automatiques « le check out est à tel heure » « nous sommes heureux de vous avoir accueilli » Vraiment 0 en communication, 0 en humanité.
