Quaint Newly Renovated Downtown Cottage♡

This was a perfect spot to stay at out visiting a friend for a few days. Easily located and cute.

Location was perfect, just a short drive to my friend's house who we were down to visit. Located in a very quiet community.

Okay, place to stay, but use caution

Location is fantastic, close to anything you desire, with a 30 min. drive.

− Bed is uncomfortable. The lamp in the living room had exposed electrical wires near the bulb. Bathroom fan and light did not work. There is no coffee table in the living room to sit your drinks on while watching TV.. Hot water in the tub/shower was warm and not in relation to the other hot water taps in the house. The house appeared very clean until you moved kitchen counter appliances or looked in the drains of sinks and tub. I am not saying this is because of this house, or the owner has anything to do with this. I have rented this house twice now, and both times, I have had someone to try and access my bank account. The first time, whoever was successful. This time, I used my credit card for everything and have in place security measures in place. I was notified the next day after check in, that someone tried to charge 800+ dollars in Raleigh, NC. I was very cautious this time when I used my card on this trip and where it was used. I don't know if there is a skimmer on the internet or an electronic RFID reader hidden in the house by another guest.

Owners were quick to respond with questions I had, property was clean and spacious for two people, everything i needed for kitchen and laundry was already provided, great stay

The house is perfect for a couple, great location in relation to down town Lincolnton. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was very spacious. Washer and dryer is available for use. The house smelled very clean.

− It's a little noisy from other town residents driving and walking by, until around 11pm.
