1.0− There were items stolen in the appartment. We reported the theft to the police. It has been an inside job since no signs of broken in have been seen. The management was not helpful at all. Copmlete indifeerent. The last two nights we stsyed in a hotel since there was nt safe to stay in the appartment. Needless to say the hotel psid by us.

8.0Dyrt nabolag, men velldig praktisk og sentral beliggenhet i gangavstand fra mye og med lett tilgang til t-bane/buss. Bra størrelse på leilighet. Leilighet i grei bruksstand - men noen år siden den var ny.
− Dårlig utflufting på bad. Kunne vært bedre instrukser for bruk av utstyr på kjøkken og savnet introduksjon til nabolaget. Oppvaskmaskin ustabil og slitt, fikk den igang - men krevde en del fikling.
Fräscht boende i lugnt område nära Buckingham Palace
8.0Bra och fräscht boende endast 10 min promenad från Buckingham Palace. Lugnt område. Stannade i fyra nätter med tre tonårsbarn och vi var nöjda!
− Dåligt med sängkläder till extrasängen och lite dåligt med porslin men annars väl utrustat.

10.0Starting with the location was Very good location very safe, close to everything you want and close to the subway as well , the staff was very accessible and helpful when you need them , and the apartment is spacious for my family ( 4 people)
