We enjoyed everything and would definitely stay again.
8.0The house was comfortable. It was hard having 3 levels (for us) but was definitely manageable. It was very roomie inside, and we loved having the balconies, being able to see a little ocean view. We loved the location and having a swimming pool. The swimming pool was great. Having the outdoor shower was great. The walk to the beach was good. It was a straight walk past 3 other homes, then the Beachwalk way, which includes stairs. Everything in the home was provided that was expected and in good shape.
− The couch was a sectional, which was great, but, was very uncomfortable. Having 3 levels was hard for us (nothing wrong with them, just that we are a little older and were helping take care of very young grandkids).
Many issues with the property.
2.0Access to beach and ease of travel to all needed areas.
− The trash wasn't removed, the pool was dirty and the follow through of Pristine Properties were very poor.
