Staff communication was courteous and prompt through booking.com app. They made the unit available early and let us check out late. The beds were very comfy and granite countertops helped give luxury feel.

− The dryer broke the night before we left so clothes didn’t get dried; but that’s likely a one off.

Great location for Stamford centre

− Parking instructions a little convoluted but worked out fine. Saw a rodent in reception area but apartment was fantastic. No hairdryer however which was on the list for the apartment

The host was amazing and very responsive on any issues. The bedrooms were lovely spacious beds comfy plenty of storage . Kitchen well equipped .

− I don't think thr lounge is for 4 or 6 people as only 1 sofa yes there is window bench seating but this isn't comfy and your not sat together. The other main issue that should be clear is there is no tv in the front room I'd rather this than not the bedroom as we couldn't watch at a family also the location of apartments is fab for down town the windows are not double glazed and you can hear every person talking beeping horns traffic despite being on floor 9. I also missed the crossfit gym on the listing and this woke us nicely at 5.30am daily.. My other issue is no instructions for any appliances .several lamps despite me re charging them didn't work.

Exceptional CLEAN condo with beautiful views and perfect location

The condo was absolutely perfect! The beds were so comfy. Location was perfect! They even had some spices, coffee, honey and of course toilet paper and paper towels all provided; this was in addition to cookware and plates and glasses to use. They also have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers if needed. The cleaning lady accidentally showed up a day early by miscommunication but when she opened the door, she was very apologetic, sincere and so so sweet and once she saw us right inside, she literally had only peaked her head in to apologize, never actually step foot inside. I felt that she was trying to respect our privacy and I do believe it was an honest mistake. The owners even reached out to us, very promptly, to apologize as well! If we ever visit this area again, this will definitely be our first choice of places to stay.
