We had a pleasant stay in the unit. The host was clear and responsive to all my questions. I recommend this place

Amazing views to the ocean and beach. The unit was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, fridge, and stove. The unit and bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable to host a group of friends or family.

− There were many mosquitoes and food flies when we first entered the apartment. Probably normal because of the high humidity of the area. There is “private”parking in the driveway, but it is not inside a garage or a gated community. I was a little nervous to leave my car at night on the street, but luckily we did not have any incidents. The neighborhood seemed calm and very close to a main street.

The space. Ocean front. Nearby restaurants and stores

− There were no functional controls for the a/c units in each room. Under a warmer climate we would have had to leave for another place to stay despite arriving late. The owner simply said “I would have to look into it tomorrow”. Also there was an extra charge to warm up the pool. This should have been included in the rental rate and not offered as an extra charge.

The location is amazing on the water. Get the two bedroom downstairs unit for sure. You have to understand this is Tijuana and it's not perfection. For the money this place is great. If you or your lady is really picky I would look elsewhere. Don't piss anyone off and be respectful, your stay will be great. I was hypnotized by the sight of the waves and the sounds as they crashed into the shore. Caught myself the staring off into the water reflecting and relaxing. I really liked the kitchen, the gas stove and the fireplace. be careful lighting the fireplace. lol The host was responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again. There is a grand piano. I should learn to play for my next stay. Thanks for making my trip amazing. Until next time.

Beautiful view but stressful stay.

Nice host Location good

− On the last night, water heater from upstairs burst and flooded into our apartment. Firetruck came, very loud. Same night, our rental car was broken into and car contents stolen. Car window was smashed completely. Spent the night stressed. Still dealing with rental car company who insists we pay for damages despite car being rented in San Diego and expensive daily insurance for Mexico having been paid. We were supposed to have a garage but due to confusion with others in the building, we only got access end of the trip. Beautiful space but address in reservation is different from actual address. We were two women searching late at night. Very hard to find. Bad address until we spoke to owner who was in Europe but helped us despite being middle of the night for him.

Location, location, location, this one has it all with plenty of room, comfort and security.

The condo is right on the beach! The balcony is overlooking the pool and ocean with a wide sky full of the Pacific. We saw dolphins in the morning and pelicans dive-bombing for food in the afternoon. There is plenty of room inside with large bedrooms, a dining area, an open kitchen, and other places to sit and relax. It was hot over the weekend, but between the air-conditioning units and the ocean breeze, we were always happy. THANK YOU! for hosting such a wonderful getaway. We enjoyed our stay.
