1.0− Сотрудник вёл себя агрессивно, не пытался нормально объяснить почему цена за ночь в отеле на букинге одна , а по факту он выставил счёт на 70 евро больше , постоянно угрожал мне полицией ! Не адекватный персонал ! Никому не советую этот отель .

− Die Anlage wirkt verlassen und veraltet, wir hatten nicht genügend Bettüberzüge, Rezeption/Portier waren nicht erreichbar

− It is so huge and yet so empty. Probably many years ago when it was filled with people was better but it felt empty. When we arrived we were all alone and the receptionist

9.0Paní na recepci byla velmi milá a nápomocná. Pokoj byl velký, čistý a plně zařízený. Výhodou také bylo parkování v blízkosti hotelu.
