− During check inn , I waited outside close to 20 minutes before the gate can be opened for me

6.0The central location to where I was needing to travel
− The parking is a mess and the room being directly above the parking is noisy when other guests leave at 4am and make noise and rev their car etc. There is also not enough parking space for the guest capacity which is frustrating. The towel rail in bathroom is broken and the water gets turned off at night time which is frustrating.
