Got cancelled and ignored.

Property got cancelled within minutes of booking and said to be unavailable as they had to sort something out with the property itself which was disappointing but understandable that things happen. They said they will cancel and offer a refund so I was okay with that. But then days went past. My multiple messages got ignored. Didn’t get any replies whatsoever so had to take this to booking.com themselves to sort this out. Still haven’t heard from the property. Absolutely not happy about that.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in Wales! The views were beautiful, and the location was perfect - close to everything we needed. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and really well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!
