Got cancelled and ignored.
1.0Property got cancelled within minutes of booking and said to be unavailable as they had to sort something out with the property itself which was disappointing but understandable that things happen. They said they will cancel and offer a refund so I was okay with that. But then days went past. My multiple messages got ignored. Didn’t get any replies whatsoever so had to take this to booking.com themselves to sort this out. Still haven’t heard from the property. Absolutely not happy about that.
