Unfortunately probably one of the worst stay I've experienced over the years

− Cleanliness was poor - Beds had eaten lollipop sticks, dishes from dishwasher came out dirty. Check-in instructions was totally incorrect. Was lucky to get hold of the keys. Condiments for kitchen & washing products for bathroom were inadequate. We left the place much cleaner than how when we went in so hopefully better experience for the next guest!
