Wasn’t happy about the property not worth the money
1.0I just like the kitchen looks a new then anywhere in the house
− -Broken windows in the bedroom been tape up with plastic that makes noise at night -no outside porch lights dark at night -toilet,shower,laundry in one room,which is the room to the backyard,the main door to toilet got no lock on it for privacy,so I went to buy a lock and put it on myself -clock on the wall not working -watch at night on driveway with bull ants everywhere Because gardening is not clean -clothe line is broken too old rusty
The place itself was a nice layout but the cleanliness of the kitchen was quite disgusting
3.0It was close to public transport and was a nice layout inside, very cozy area
− There were various utensils left dirty upon arrival and dirty trays with old fat drippings on it left in the oven
Disappointing
4.0The mattress protector was dirty in both rooms. The kitchen bench was dirty. There was no sugar in the sugar jar. The fridge was dating and there was enough toilet paper for our three nights and the front entry lights weren’t working.

8.0Very peaceful and relaxing environment with all the comforts of home. Lovely gardens and location
− There was no light on the back deck so was unable to use the BBQ at night time. The decking rail seemed a little unsafe. The home wasn't very clean inside (the floors especially)
Comfortable but would not rebook.
5.0Location was a little out of the way for walking to shops or restaurants. It was difficult to get out of the street at times due to a high volume of traffic on main to Cowes.
− 1. No Sheets and towels being provided for the cost of the accomodation per night. 2. No TV access. Only able to access streaming services of which not everybody has access to or knowledge how to use them. TV should be available first!!

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
