設備が整っている！ 大きい冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ホットプレート！使用はしませんでしたが、炊飯器、洗濯機などまで。 お皿やさいばしもたすかりました！

A beautiful and homey place

We had a truly wonderful time staying at GETO House. Our host, Koko awaited our arrival to explain the use of all the facilities in the property. He was also there at the end of our stay to say goodbye to us. He was also very quick to address our concerns and immediately brought extra curtains over when we requested them. The property is just a short walk from an onsen too, just remember that you'll have to bring your own towels before entering it. After a conversation with Koko, we were also treated to a very nice surprise of some snow, despite it being April, further up the mountain from GETO House where there is a ski resort. Koko let us borrow a sled and we got to enjoy some sledding on the snow. The property was homey and very cosy for us. The large kotatsu in the living area was so helpful to keep us warm. Providing bottled water as an alternative to those who might not be used to drinking/using hot spring water (which was what came out the taps) was an excellent form of hospitality as well. We will definitely come to stay again in the winter months!

We loved our stay at Geto House and enjoyed the kitchen, fireplace, music and movies.

Great helpful host, well setup kitchen. Games and movies were fun. Nice fireplace with wood available for an extra cost.

− Water pressure in the shower is a little low, not too bad. The place is pretty isolated apart from the nearby Onsen resort.

It is cosy and it’s very close to geto kogen ski resort. It has everything we needed during stay. And the host Koko has been very friendly and helpful.

冬場のスノーボード旅行で友人2人で宿泊しました。 良かった点は以下。 ・夏油高原スキー場に近い ・一棟貸しのレンタルハウス ・寝室が2部屋ある ・キッチン用品がひと通り揃っている ・広いリビングとこたつでくつろげる ・薪ストーブで焚き火気分が味わえる(別料金) ・チェックイン前の掃除中に食材を冷蔵庫に入れさせていただけた ・洗濯乾燥機が使える(未使用でしたが洗剤もあって便利だと思います) 家族や友人4~5人までの人数で泊まるのに最適だと思います。

− 私達は不満ではありませんでしたが、気になる方はいると思うので知っておいた方がいい点は以下。 ・水道が温泉の匂いがする ・カメムシが出る ・テレビがない 飲み水は2Lのペットボトルを2本いただけましたが、調理で使う水を考慮して必要に応じた水を持参すると良いと思います。 (宿で水道水の匂いを確認してからだと欲しくても北上市内に行かないと店は無いので…) あと、冷麺を作る場合には氷も。
