Very close to the beach Our appartment had 2 bathroom, kitchen and a sofa The air condition was ok Western Toilette

− No shower in the bathroom Courtyard was dirty Each morning very early and loud muezzin from 2 different mosques, and afterwards church bells

You can tell, the buiding is new, which is good. The house can accomodate 6 people maximum (1 DBL bed, 2 SGL bed, 1 sofa bed). Locationwise, Pandan beach is within walking distance.

− Pls note that the house only provides ONE A/C (not 3), and there are only TWO bedrooms (not 3). We ended up sleeping in 1 bedroom (with a/c). The cleanliness is poor : * Water in bathroom is brown and sandy (not beach sand) -- I told the owner and he said : it needs to be thrown away and refilled -- who did? Me 😅 * The toilets were yellowish and smelly. Clearly werent cleaned -- this is bad. * The floor is sticky and lots of foot steps, clearly not cleaned properly -- I told the owner and she said : the cleaner had gone home. So i said well send me a mop and I'll clean myself, and I did. * The second bedroom ceiling is open, welcome to mosquitos and bugs -- I told the owner to close it (the lid was there but need a stair), she said : it was always opened that way and we didnt have any stair 😑 * The bedrooms had some spiderweb, too bad they didnt clean it. * The only A/C they provide was not cool, though the bedroom wasnt big and you had already set the max power (need some maintenance?). Too bad the property didnt state clearly how many A/C units they provide. And this new building seriously needs some thoughtful maintenance, or it'll go worse soon. The owner wasnt helpful in terms of encountering the complaints. They lived just accros the property (within a compound) but didnt do anything to cope with the dirtiness the cleaner left (if it was true the house was previously cleaned by the cleaner). Overall, we were disappointed. Hopefully they learn and improve the cleanliness thoroughly.
