Reel place has lovely views and generous breakfast but accommodation building needs improvement.
5.0It’s quiet. It’s appropriate for the surroundings it has nice scenery. Pleasant to walk around. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
− The steep and long one lane driveway was difficult to navigate at night. Stray dogs begging for food all the time. Basketball net missing. Mosquitoe nets torn or not secured to the windows. Slippery bath room floor with no curtain to separate the shower from the toilet. Musty humid smell throughout the room. No dehumidifier or air con to reduce humidity.
The worst experience ever
1.0The place is nice, with a good view
− We experience the worst customer service ever. Its brown out when we arrived, then the front officer ms. Apple told us that there's no electricity in the hotel, so we decided to go outside for a while. When we come back there is no electricity or even light on the room. So we ask, but she is not to friendly and like she said she was hurt. I didn't even say even single bad words, i just ask them so what's the plan? She want us to check out, she said "mag check out nalang po kayo ipapa refund namin kay booking. Com yung binayad nyo. 🥹Pinapalayas ka dahil nag reklamo kang walang ilaw. Na unsa man ka mam. My goodness, kung duol ra gud ang palawan mauli na mi. We don't have even light on our phone cause it's already low battery. They don't even have a generator or back up light for the room and the C. R. The door of the Comfort room is also broken. The towel is only one for two people and we even pay the amount of two thousand. Thanks but no thank you, we will never recommend or even want to come back there.
