WORST HOTEL STAY EVER IN MY LIFE
1.0I became hatred to go to Batam again because of this hotel n their people....
− I didn't like this hotel even 1% Hotel not cleaned the floor very dirty The bed linens are very dirty smelly n in poor condition not worth d money The staff is very rude n shouting at us Can't even compromise on hotel stay duration even got vacancy Rusty wash basin

− However, the room had several issues: rainwater leaked in, the phone had no service, several switches no cover, the toilet was difficult to flush, and the water flow from the sink was very weak. Additionally, there was a musty smell in the room.

Red laterite dusty apartment and unit is dirty.

− The apartment and whole lobby's floor are were laterite dusty. The room's floor not swept properly got dirt. Sink was dirty with previous guest food noodlesin the vessel. Bathroom is old and dirty, I clean the glass windows myself. TV was small and old Desk are very dirty not wiped. Hold in the wall near room's door The unit environment in haunting, less lights no curtain early morning sun light bright inside room.Easy go lucky management giving less priority for cleanliness.
