La piscine privée, La propriété de la maison, La gentillesse des propriétaires, La situation dans les Pouilles qui nous a permis de ne pas être trop loin des destinations touristiques Le parking privé

− -L'aspirateur de la piscine pourrait être passé plus souvent ( beaucoup d'arbres et donc de feuilles) - Une table basse dans le salon serait agréable - Un plan de travail ou une petite table dans la cuisine pour cuisiner manque également -Le ballon d'eau chaude est trop petit, donc nous avons échelonné les douches. Heureusement qu'il chauffe assez vite - Le jardin manque aussi d'entretien

- Belle villa spacieuse et très agréable - climatisation très appréciable (dans toutes les pièces) - grande et belle piscine - grand jardin autour de la maison - environnement rural très calme, mais à proximité de Francavilla pour toutes commodités (5mn de voiture) - emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans les pouilles - excellent accueil des propriétaires, communication très aisée et grande réactivité de leur part à nos demandes. Raisin en cadeau de bienvenue, excellent !
