9.0The hotel is in a very quiet, peaceful location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Food is available at the hotel - we ate breakfast and dinner and enjoyed the food. If the weather's fine, you can eat outdoors by the beautiful garden. Staff were very helpful in dropping us off at the South Gate to the national park and also collecting us at the end of the day via a WeChat message.
− Everything was good. Travellers should be aware that the national park is enormous - depending on the gate, it could be a 40 minute journey by car to reach another gate. Planning your route around the park ahead of time is essential to ensure you're staying at the right place for your visit.

10.0Had a gorgeous stay. Staff went above and beyond to help. Very close to the south gate of the forest park and staff helped us arrange all of our tickets. Exceptional good value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, air con was easy to use and view was lovely. I slept so well here, the bed was massive and comfy. Restaurant on site with extensive menu.
− Restaurant food was hit and miss. The line in the listing about there being a free shuttle to the south gate is a bit confusing because we paid for a taxi to the park (it is cheap, but there isn't a free shuttle bus or anything like that).
