Fine modern villa in the hills above Colheta, fine view over the ocean

− Whatever the merits of the location or the accommodation, they are completely undone by the terrible property management. We requested a crib for our 2 year old. The property confirmed, 4 months before our arrival. Upon arrival, we were a bed short. I informed the property manager immediately. First response from the manager was to send proof (which I obtained from my booking.com messaging with the property). The second response was that it would be corrected. This never happened; the colleague that was meant to stop by never did. The third response from the manager to stop responding to my WhatsApps and to even ignore inquiries from booking.com customer support. The crib was finally delivered 25 hrs later. Neither the house manager nor owner thought that this was a problem. (It was too late for them to deliver on the first day because it was after 5 o’clock, the owner told us, after repeated attempts by booking.com to reach the property and several promises by the property owner to correct within 2 hrs, then “we need more time”, then “it’s not been two hours yet”, despite the messages being timestamped 3.5hrs apart by booking.com itself). Apart from the mgmt, and as noted by other reviewers, the house misses basic necessities. There is not enough cutlery or cups for a party of 4, despite the house being rented precisely to such groups and sleeping space for 4. Maintenance is poor. The bread knife is patched together with super glue. The soup ladle is broken in half, without a whiff of concern.

Lage gut, schöne Villa, gute Betten

− In jedem Bad war eine (angefangene ) Rolle Toilettenpapier, wurde auch während der Woche nicht aufgefüllt. Keine Spülmaschienen Tabs, für eine Woche muss man eine ganze Packung kaufen... Und wirklich problematisch die Toiletten, die ständig verstopft sind.

Lovely accomodation and location.

− 1.No WiFi available for the first 4 days of the 8 day stay. 2.No pool towels provided till the 4th day of our stay. 3.We paid 180 euros for property cleaning,but there was human hair found in the twin bedded room.shower on arrival. 4.The requirement to pay by bank transfer on arrival led to a difficult process ,not helped by poor provision of the essential information by the owner,which took three days.

Szép volt a kilátás, ápolt kert.

− Leszakadt függöny fodadott minket. 5 főre foglaltuk a házat, de csak 4 ágynemű volt bekészítve. A konyha felszerelése hiányos. Kevés vagy törött eszközök voltak. Alapvető dolgokat (mosogatószivacs, só, cukor, olaj,..) nekünk kellett megvenni, mert semmi nem volt a z apartmanban. A kávéfőző vadi új, de csak azért, mert sehol nem lehet venni hozzá kapszulát. Csak 4 etkezőszék van a házban, de kiadják 5 főre is. Nincs hova felakasztani a vizes kabátot. A tulajdonossal való komunikáció nehézkes volt. Telefont nem vette fel. Sms-t írt, de mi nem kaptunk mindenre választ.
