10.0Замечательные хозяева! Тиграну и Карине огромное спасибо за их гостеприимство, внимательнось и доброту к своим гостям! Мы будто попали к своим друзьям! Жаль, что останавливались только на одну ночь, потому что из этого дома не хотелось уезжать! В следующий раз обязательно приедем на подольше!! Нам предложили просторный, чистый и очень уютный номер! Хозяева вкладывают свою душу в создание этого уголка гостеприимства! Очень рекомендую остановиться в этом замечательном гостевом доме! В следующий раз, когда будем в Дилижане, обязательно там остановимся!

10.0Очень чисто, уютно, классно и вообще. Тут заряжается внутренняя батарейка. Лучше и доступнее любого сравнимого жилья в Ереване. Лучше тут, правда. Завтрак рекомендую. Вокруг полно пешеходных маршрутов.
− Немного далековато от основного города, но если вы любите много гулять, то вам будет в самый раз.
Great Stay!
10.0Fantastic room! Probably the best we experienced in Armenia. It is spacious, comfortable, furnished practically and well lit. Relatively large fridge. Smart TV for easy Netflix viewing. Convenient bedside lamps. Nice table space. Great shower. We loved the family friendly vibe of the property, and our son enjoyed playing with the other kids on the playground. We had a great dinner, which featured Russian dishes rather than the typical Armenian BBQ, so it was a nice change of pace from our other guesthouse meals while traveling. The cabbage rolls were especially delicious! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to chat messages, etc. The insight that they gave us about the history of the area, and recommendations for places to visit were much appreciated. Regarding the “road noise” that others have mentioned, we had no issue with it whatsoever. There wasn’t any noticeable traffic after dark, and furthermore, we are city people, so we sleep with the window closed and air-con on anyway :)
− They are currently renovating the back-yard terrace (July 2026), so there is no outdoor space to sit and relax or have dinner, and the small swimming pool shown in the listing is closed. I'm sure it will be very nice when it's finished.

10.0Всё очень понравилось,создалось впечатление,что попал к бабушке в деревню на лето)))очень заботливая девушка Карина,которая нас кормила очень вкусно и создала нам с женой незабываемый романтический вечер,который никогда и ни кто так не сделает!Карина как будто приятный родственник который окутала нас теплом и вниманием!!!!!Тигран тоже очень хороший человек

9.0Lovely, new place! It was very clean and comfortable, with nice beds and carpet. We also had breakfast and dinner there, which were delicious! There was a lot of food.
− The road noise was very loud. We couldn't open the windows because of the loud traffic. Even with the windows closed, the cars and trucks were very bothersome if you are sensitive to noise.
