6.0Property I nid fixed not same pictures but is ok for shorth stay

1.0− The host was tardy in getting us entry info. We ended up not even spending one night as the property was dirty, unsafe for elderly members of our party (bubbling floor and broken bannister). The neighborhood was also on the lower end and did not feel safe at all. The host offered a marginal refund and we continue to communicate with booking.com on a full refund although they have not been very helpful.
