6.0− לא ניקו את החדר ולא הביאו מגבות נקיות לא היו זמנים לשאלות לדעת להיכן להחזיר את המפתח וגם שהגענו בצהרים לא היה עם מי לדבר בכדי לקבל את הדירה בקשתי מאדם זר להתקשר למספר שהופיע בכדי שיבואו לפתוח את הדירה ואותו דבר בכדי להחזיר את המפתח

7.0Leuk en ruim appartement, op loopafstand van het centrum. Rustige buurt en vriendelijke host. Fijn bed en fijne badkamer. Leuke plek om een of twee nachten te verblijven.
− Er was sfeervolle verlichting maar geen leeslamp. Lezen of puzzelen was 's avonds niet mogelijk. Ook in de badkamer was de verlichting schaars. Scheren en opmaken was hierdoor problematisch. We misten een tafeltje bij de bank om je glas op te zetten.

8.0Wirklich große und schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Lage perfekt für Bahnreisende.
− Die digitale Check-In-Prozedur mit Ausweisfotos und Selfies nervt schon etwas...
Wohlfühlort, aber mit aufwendigem Check-in und Strombegrenzungen
8.0Sehr großzügige, große und hohe Räume, ansprechend eingerichtet. Gute Dusche, stabiles WLAN. Perfekte Lage nahe vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt. Sehr gute Matratzen. Waschmaschine funktionierte tadellos, es gab nur leider kein Waschpulver. Aber einen Wäscheständer.
− Das Check-In war sehr mühsam. Zum einen wurde eine Frage nicht beantwortet, die ich im Vorhinein gestellt hatte. Es ging um eine Ankunftszeit, da ich in den Bergen unterwegs war ohne Netz. Das Check-In lief über einen externe Anbieter. Hier musste ich mehrmals meine Adresse eingeben, meine Personalausweis und Teile des Personalausweises fotografieren, das ganze ging über mehrere Seiten. Außerdem musste ich die Touristenabgabe im Vorhinein bezahlen. Erst dann bekam ich ein PDF mit den Infos zum Check-In und den Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Was ich auch seltsam fand, vor allem für den doch gehobenen Preis: wenn man die Waschmaschine benutzt hat, sollte man nicht gleichzeitig kochen oder den Wasserkocher benutzen.
