10.0Pleasant design and great array of amenities. Proximity to Felix and Oradea Secluded and away from the busy areas Comfortable bed and couch Large closed shower Very clean Quiet view over surrounding hills
− Building is quite new, and not many apartments are in use. Sole heat sources are de 2 AC units and a small heater for the bathroom - took some time to tune them right, but did the job the second night Water is heated with a boiler, with limited capacity. Knowing this helps regulate the usage and have enough hot water for all to shower.
