8.0Everything is excellent. It is just my personal opinion, but this is the best hotel in Yangon.
− I wish the refrigerator would get colder.
Get proper air-conditioning!
4.0It is a beautiful hotel in a great location.
− I was there several days and the air conditioner. Never worked enough to get the room cool! They sent in an electrician and simply said it would take time to cool, but it was constantly hot and humid inside and they offered no remedy for this issue despite making it miserably uncomfortable inside.

8.0There are hotels in Yangon with more modern and convenient facilities than this one. However, the staff service at this hotel is the best.
