Nice local organic, peaceful, beautiful sun rice.
9.0We had a wonderful 3-week stay at this big and comfortable house surrounded by fields – perfect for children to explore nature and play. The location is peaceful, yet convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the bakery for fresh bread, sweets, and coffee, and about 10 minutes to a restaurant with delicious Greek food. A car is needed to explore the beautiful beaches, nearby villages, waterfalls around Mount Olympus, as well as local churches and museums. We especially recommend the Saturday market in Katerini – large, vibrant, and full of fresh local produce. The area is also excellent for hiking. Communication with the owner was very easy, with quick and helpful replies. A special highlight was the surprise “goodbye” pizza dinner from Martha – a thoughtful and kind gesture. The local people are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, a truly memorable holiday experience. Highly recommended!
