Fantastic and warm hosts and would definitely recommend the villa.

The view from the Villa is exceptional, couldn't be better. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate needs. Janaa's food was fantastic and Zalans cakes were really yummy. The villa is comfortable and has everything you need.

− Water supply consistency; there were some days that some bathrooms had no water at all. The whirlpool had not been cleaned at all and therefore could not be used. It would be helpful for visitors to be shown how to control elections and alarm system, as we were woken up twice at 6am to a loud alarm.

− Booked for 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as listed. We got there, there were only 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were given a nonsense excuses that there were actually 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms but my friends didn’t show me them, even though we were all given the tour together. Even asked the host to submit any CCTV evidence of us being shown these ‘extra rooms’, nothing was submitted. On top of all of that when we only saw 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, we went to that staff member who confirmed there’s only 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, even though there was a language barrier we translated it on Google. There was no hot water! I had the property manager who was in a different country claiming there were no issue with the hot water even though I have written evidence from the staff member accepting liability of the issue. When I was reporting all of these issues I thought I was reporting it to the host turns out I was only reporting it to a staff member. I thought this person was the host, when he started texting me on WhatsApp, and only the property manager had my number(but we were talking on the booking.com platform), but failed to tell me he was giving my number to someone else. Worst thing about this is he got away will all of it.

Die Lage war hervorragend, der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Insbesondere menschlich war der Hausmeister (Ali) immer sehr zuvorkommend. Auch, als wir einen medizinischen Notfall hatten, hat er seine Hilfe angeboten und hat uns ohne Gegenleistung mit seinem privaten Fahrzeug ins Krankenhaus gefahren. Anfangs gab es einige technische Schwierigkeiten, welche jedoch vom Gastgeber schnell und unkompliziert behoben wurden. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
