− A kitchen staff member charged me to have a cup hot milk (!) but another night previously it was provided free.

− Unfortunately, a bad experience at check-out ruined it: the receptionist refused to exchange a banknote we had just withdrawn, claiming it was stolen or damaged. Very disappointing end to our stay.

10.0Everything about my stay at the Mercure Ariosto was perfect. I walked everywhere in Milleflores. There were so many wonderful restaurants in the area to choose from. The breakfasts at the hotel were excellent. The staff was always polite, knowledgeable, and helpful

10.0I liked the personnel they are so kind and helpful. In addition, the rooms are so clean, breakfast is great and the location of the hotel is 10/10 in the center of the Miraflores very close to restaurants and cafes.
