A super property in a quiet rural location with nature right on the doorstep.
10.0Location was superb. Very quiet and located on a small offshoot from the already quiet Dilham Dyke upper reaches of Broads river network. Plenty of scope to catch the sun or retreat to the shade. Property furnished to a high degree. Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob, ninja air fryer, krupps nespresso machine and large dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable for us, a feature we encounter only rarely. The owners had mown the grass right down to the waters edge making kayak entry and exit relatively easy. Lots of kingfisher activity but no otters seen on this trip. Great spot for having cycling trips down the many quiet lanes nearby. We were so impressed we booked again for October.
− Nothing. Be aware that there is no freezer. This wasn’t a problem for us. There was a note left stating ask the owners if you wish to have ice; that was made use of to deal with a kayak collision injury to the hand!

10.0Everything. The view, peaceful location for fishing and relaxing yet convenient for amenities eg 2 pubs a few minutes walk and shops 10 minutes away by car.
− Only thing was we didn't have a freezer compartment in the fridge but the owners allowed us to use theirs in a utility room.
Restful and comfortable in a beautiful location
10.0This is a wonderful place to stay. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The location is beautiful - we saw deer and kingfishers in the garden! We would love to return.
