− Bollitore e asciugacapelli non presenti mentre prodotti per l'igiene non erano sufficienti per due persone. Abbiamo dovuto rifare il letto perché non era rassettato adeguatamente. L'accoglienza dell' host è da rivedere.

− L'assenza di flessibilità dell'Host nell'orario di check-in: dovendo arrivare dopo aver preso 3 treni, in una giornata di scioperi, ho chiesto 15 minuti in più che la signora non voleva accordarmi. La situazione si è sbloccata solo dopo l'intervento dell'operatore di Booking. Inoltre avrei gradito la presenza del bollitore che, seppur indicato nella scheda, mancava.
