Parking udaljen, plaća se 16 E/dnevno i nema lifta a stan je na četvrtom spratu
7.0− Parking je veoma udaljen od stana. Uz to, plaća se oko 16 E/dnevno. To nigde nije zabeleženo a dodatni je trošak. Drugo, stan je na IV spratu bez lifta, stepenice su veoma naporne a ulaz je "zreo" za renoviranje. Ni ovaj podatak nije bio postavljen na sajt booking-a

8.0Prachtig mooi schoon bijna nieuw appartement, alles is er , bedden top! Goede airco( het 38 gr) Top verblijf met prachtig uitzicht! Midden in het gebeuren!
− We zaten op de vierde verdieping en geen lift dus 101 treden omhoog!

10.0We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and the host! The location of the apartment and the view from there are amazing. The accommodation is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and excellently equipped! The owner is incredibly helpful and very kind! If we come back to this area, I will definitely book here!

Helle Wohnung mit Blick auf Hafen
10.0Helle, saubere Wohnung über den Fächern von Piran, mit Blick auf den Hafen. Alles neu und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, ausserdem konnten wir schon früher in die Wohnung. Alles ganz unkompliziert und einfach. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem. Im Wohnzimmer/Küche haben wir gegessen und konnten den Fernseher mit Internet (Netflix, Amazon Prime) benützen. Wir haben nicht richtig gekocht, aber es scheint alles da zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wieder dort buchen. Wir können Casa Maria wärmstens empfehlen.
− Uns hat alles gefallen. Wir möchten nur noch darauf hinweisen, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt. Für uns ein Pluspunkt, aber vielleicht nicht für alle Menschen gut erreichbar.
