− The property was not a 2 bedroom flat as advertised. It was a small one bedroom with a bathroom, it was in the kitchen and the walls where paper thin, you could hear absolutely everything. There was nothing private about the stay, I booked for the week and ended up staying 2 nights and had to leave and find somewhere else as it was possibly the worst place I have ever stayed!

The stay served its purpose for us. We stayed 50 nights while finding a permanent place.

The host was excellent and always cared for us and remained friendly throughout the stay. We liked the privacy of our room and the shower was very nice, plus the TV was great (once we bought a hdmi cable to use it). The heating system was also very good.

− We felt a bit uncomfortable because it felt like we lived in someone elses house, as there was many families in the house who clearly weren't short term. The kitchen was confusing as who owned what (pots/pan, space in the fridge and freezers/storage), often we found ourselves missing some items too as it was evident someone else was using our stuff. The house was very noisy at times, especially early mornings and late nights. Lots of banging doors, loud conversations in the hallways and people playing music in the hallways/talking phone calls. The front door was also often unlocked which was a bit uncomfortable. At the end of the stay, we are grateful to have had the place while we found our feet in Manchester but at the same time, we were happy to move out by the end.

Nothing didnt even stay there as i felt so unsafe

− Wassnt what was sold. Should of been a 2 bed apartment but was a room in a shared house. Lock box next to front door not locked with a key in for the front door. When i called to find out how to get in spoke with 3 different people. To be told the front door was open and to walk straight in. Lots of people walking around felt very unsafe didnt even stay for more than 5 mins

Location

− Miss selling online, 1 bedroom on-suite is not classified as an apartment, when I called to enquire about it I was told it’s a booking for 1 adult which means 1bed on-suite is suitable but that’s besides the point of confirmation showing as a 2 bedroom apartment and also *shared kitchen* all so very miss selling.
