Warm & cosy, located well for shopping and dining. Road noise is loud and cleaning needs improvement

The details to arrive were straight forward and the code set up was smart. The fire was lovely and the house warmed up fast with the heaters. They responded fast when I told them about the mouldy shower.

− It was pouring with rain and dark on arrival, the path did not have any light so it was a struggle to collect the key and the rain meant I could not turn on my flashlight on my phone. They need lighting on the path at night. The shower was not clean and I had to request someone to come clean the mould off of it. The road noise was very loud and not pleasant for me as I am sensitive to this, not everyone is. Would have been nice to have some cooking oil. The rubbish bin was tiny.

Fantastic, Spotless, Convenient

We had a fantastic stay here! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent—only a 5-minute drive to Wanaka downtown, making it super convenient yet peaceful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Would definitely stay here again
